Yes Taya Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

By accessing or using the Yes Taya platform — whether through the website at yestaya.best, any related mobile-optimised interface, or any affiliated service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Yes Taya. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform. Creating an account constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all associated policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

To register and play on Yes Taya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be registering in your own name and for your personal use only. Corporate accounts and agency registrations are not permitted.

Yes Taya reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on Yes Taya. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a unique email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Yes Taya will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify Yes Taya immediately at support@yestaya.best if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All transactions on Yes Taya are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Yes Taya accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other InstaPay/PESONet participating banks
• Visa and Mastercard bank-issued debit and credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification procedures in line with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance requirements.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and the account flagged for review.

All deposited funds are held in a segregated account separate from Yes Taya's operational funds. Player funds are not used for any purpose other than facilitating player withdrawals and game play on the Yes Taya platform.

Players may withdraw available balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Yes Taya does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals via GCash and Maya are processed within 5–15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet typically settle within 30 minutes. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to bank system maintenance.
• Yes Taya does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees applied are from the receiving payment platform or bank.
• Accounts pending KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.

Where a bonus has been claimed, a wagering requirement must be satisfied before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual bonus terms. Withdrawing before a wagering requirement is met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Yes Taya offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for genuine gaming purposes only. Any attempt to exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions — is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Welcome bonuses apply to first deposits only. Each player is entitled to the welcome bonus once, regardless of the number of accounts (which is limited to one per person).
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means ₱10,000 must be wagered before the bonus-derived funds are withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots and arcade games typically contribute 100%. Table games, card games, and live dealer games may contribute at lower rates, as specified in individual promotion terms.

Yes Taya uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are verified by independent third-party auditors. No player, employee, or third party can predict, influence, or manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, Yes Taya reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to the players involved. Yes Taya is not liable for losses caused by technical failures of third-party game providers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Yes Taya. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate Yes Taya transaction. Any chargeback results in the immediate suspension of the account and recovery of the disputed amount from any remaining balance.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game, including but not limited to poker and card games.
• Use of bots or automated software: Deploying any automated script, software, or third-party tool to interact with the Yes Taya platform in place of or in addition to manual play.
• Money laundering: Using Yes Taya to process proceeds of illegal activity or to obscure the origin of funds. Yes Taya complies fully with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act and reports suspicious transactions as required.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one account for any purpose, including circumventing previous suspensions or accessing bonuses multiple times.
• Sharing accounts: Allowing another person to access, operate, or benefit from your Yes Taya account.
• Minor access: Allowing or enabling any person under 21 years of age to access your account or the Yes Taya platform.

Yes Taya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any other applicable authority
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

In cases where the account is closed due to a breach by the player, Yes Taya may forfeit any remaining balance after deducting any amounts owed to Yes Taya. In cases where the account is closed for non-breach reasons such as regulatory instruction, any remaining balance minus applicable fees will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also choose to close their own accounts voluntarily by contacting support@yestaya.best. Before closing an account, any pending wagering requirements must be settled and any pending withdrawals will be processed through normal channels.

Yes Taya is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or personal harm.

Yes Taya provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from your account settings:

Your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the platform for legitimate personal gaming purposes only.

Yes Taya provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Yes Taya excludes all implied warranties and representations. Yes Taya does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

Yes Taya's total liability to any player for any claims arising out of or in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Yes Taya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits Yes Taya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Yes Taya collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). The types of data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights as a data subject are described in full in the Yes Taya Privacy Policy.

By registering on Yes Taya, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

Yes Taya reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notification on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

In the event of any dispute between you and Yes Taya, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally first by contacting Yes Taya's support team at support@yestaya.best. Yes Taya will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
